About Sequence Hair
Sequence® Hair created a non-surgical and non-evasive method of increasing hair volume and/or hair length unlike anything in the beauty industry. Dino Dondiego, the owner of Sequence Hair, has over 30 years of expertise in the industry, is the inventor of the Blending Strand® and has been featured on a number of radio and television shows, including Good Day New York, Eyewitness News, and America's Talking. The Blending Strand® is composed of a unique substance that is as fine as one hair but about ten times stronger and more transparent. One human hair is hand-tied onto this unique Blending Strand®. Then, the Blending Strand® is fed in between the existing hair. This leaves the existing hair alone and increase hair volume and/or length.
There are many misconceptions about hair supplementation. No matter what method or term is used they all fall under one of three categories – hair weaving, hair extensions or hair systems. Hair weaving is the process of sewing "weftings," or strips called tracks, to their existing hair. It can look attractive, but because a weave is added in row form, it lacks flexibility and prevents the user from washing or brushing down to the scalp. Hair extensions are added in a vertical direction, in clumps or sections which are glued onto a bundle of hair, therefore they are also limiting. Hair systems are basically some form of a hair piece sewn or bonded on.
